Louisville Recreation Center

We’re thrilled to partner with the LOUISVILLE RECREATION CENTER!

We offer various Louisville Rec Partnership GROUP PILATES CLASSES each week, which are held here at Contrology Studio (920 Main St, B, Louisville, CO, 80027).

Our Louisville Rec Center classes are perfect for beginners (but open to everyone)! The small class sizes will teach you about The Pilates Method, how to move safely and effectively on Pilates equipment, and give you a great full-body workout – all while feeling fully supported by our experienced Pilates teachers.

The classes are held in 4-week series that start over each month, and your spot can be saved via the Louisville Recreation Center.  (If you’re unable to make one of your rec center classes, please contact us to see if there’s availability to make up your class by joining another class at our studio.)

You can see our Louisville Rec Center Class offerings on our website and the Rec Center’s Catalog – and you can sign up for the 4-week class series through the Louisville Recreation Center.
