Group Class Schedule:
Reformer + Mat for Bone Health: 10:30 – 11:25 am (Level 1)
This osteoporosis friendly class explores exercises on both the Pilates Reformer & Mat. This class is perfect for beginner Pilates practitioners, and as well as for those looking to deepen their understanding of the Pilates Method for bone health.
Reformer + Tower: 10 – 10:55 am (All Levels)
The Pilates Method was built as a system, and this fun & challenging class will focus on exercises on the Reformer + Tower. You will leave this class feeling stronger, taller, and ready to seize the day!
Reformer – Slow & Stable: 11 – 11:55 am (Level 1)
This class is designed for Pilates beginners, post-rehab Pilates enthusiasts who may be dealing with injuries or limitations, or anyone who would like to move on the Reformer at slower pace. This class is bridge between therapeutic and fitness Pilates.
Reformer + Mat: 10 – 10:55 am (All Levels)
This Group Reformer class is limited to 5 people, and is open to all levels! The Pilates Method was built as a system, and in this class we will explore both of these pieces of equipment, and how they help to improve your movement practice!
Pilates Community Class: 6 – 6:55pm (Level 1)
Join us this summer for a fun Community Class taught by our talented Apprentice Teacher, Jen Sharp! This class will explore exercises on the Pilates Mat & Equipment, and is limited to 4 people. Cost is only $15 for a drop-in or only $54 for 4 classes! Register online.
Reformer: 9 – 9:55am (Level 1+)
This Level 1+ class will focus on exercises on the Pilates Reformer, and is perfect for beginners, as well as for those wanting to deepen their Pilates practice. This fun and challenging class will leave you feeling stronger, taller, and ready to seize the day!
