Tuesday

Mixed Equipment: 10 – 10:55 am (All Levels)

The Pilates Method was built on an entire system, which includes Pilates Mat Work and Apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac /Tower, and Chair). This all-level class will include various pieces of equipment, and will be a fun and challenging workout for your entire body!

 

Wednesday

Reformer – Slow & Stable: 11 – 11:55 am (Level 1)

This class is designed for Pilates beginners, post-rehab Pilates enthusiasts who may be dealing with injuries or limitations, or anyone who would like to move on the Reformer at slower pace. This class is bridge between therapeutic and fitness Pilates.

Thursday

Reformer + Mat:  10 – 10:55 am (All Levels)

This Group Reformer class is limited to 5 people, and is open to all levels! The Pilates Method was built as a system, and in this class we will explore both of these pieces of equipment, and how they help to improve your movement practice!

Reformer Flow:  3:30 – 4:35 pm (Level 2+)

This is fun and challenging Pilates Reformer flow class, and is limited to 5 people. Prepare to get a full body workout, with the perfect mix of strength and stretch! Previous Reformer experience is recommended.

Saturday

Mixed Equipment: 9 – 9:55am (All Levels)

The Pilates Method was built on an entire system, which includes Pilates Mat Work and Apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac /Tower, and Chair). This all-level class will include various pieces of equipment, and will be a fun and challenging workout for your entire body!

* Previous Pilates equipment experience is recommended, but not required, before taking one of our Small Group Classes.

No Pilates equipment experience? No Problem! We recommend taking advantage of our New Client Complimentary 30min one-on-one lesson or our New Client Private Pilates 3 Pack to work one-on-one with one of our amazing Pilates teachers before taking a Small Group Class.

*Preregistration for Group Classes is required.

Private Pilates Lessons

Book a one-on-one Private Pilates Lesson, in our studio, or virtually from your home.

(Lessons expire 6 months after purchase if not used)

A private Pilates lesson is a one-on-one session with one of our certified Pilates instructors. This lesson will be customized to meet your unique needs! 

Depending on your personal health and fitness goals, a private lesson can focus on everything from rehabilitation, to chronic pain, to your overall strength and flexibility.

Taking private Pilates lessons is also a great way to prepare to join our small group Pilates classes!
