At Contrology Studio, we believe that Pilates has the power to transform your mind, body, and spirit.
Each session at our pilates studio will challenge and deepen your body awareness, strength, and flexibility, as well as complement your daily activities so that you can live your life to the fullest!
All we ask is that you come as you are, and we’ll handle the rest.
Our experienced instructors and inclusive environment make Pilates accessible to all – from beginners to seasoned Pilates practitioners.
Whitney Shea
Studio Owner, Certified Pilates Teacher
Whitney Shea (she/her/hers) is the owner of Contrology Studio and is a Certified Pilates Teacher and Yoga Instructor.
Whitney brings over 13 years of teaching experience and holds a BA in Integrative Physiology from CU Boulder, a Physical Therapist Assistant License from Pima Medical Institute in Denver, a Yoga Teacher Certification from Core Power Yoga, both Advanced and Master’s Certifications from The Pilates Center in Boulder, and a Faculty Bridge Certificate from Pure Body Teacher Training Program.
Whitney’s specializations include pelvic and spine health, and she loves the relationships between Pilates as fitness and rehabilitation.
When Whitney’s not teaching Pilates, you can find her practicing Pilates and yoga, spending time with her family, and enjoying everything outdoors in Colorado!

One who meets you where you are, gently challenges you in a supportive environment and gives you lessons to apply not only on the mat but in life. During our first encounter, I immediately knew Whitney was one.
Sally Baker
Certified Pilates Teacher
Sally Baker (she/her/hers) is a big believer in the healing power of movement. Teaching awareness through movement provides all clients the ability to find strength, balance, flexibility and confidence in their bodies and in their lives.
Sally’s original training was under the tutelage of Romana Kryzanowska receiving her teaching certificate in 1997 and in 2010 was certified by Pilates Method Alliance

Kristine Bellinger
Certified Pilates Teacher
Healing is a journey and even our most painful experiences have something to teach us.
Kristine’s own experience with injury and chronic pain ultimately led her on a path to help heal and inspire others.
Having degrees in both Psychology and Physical Therapy as well as a comprehensive background in several different movement disciplines, Kristine applies evidence-based practices in rehabilitation and movement education with a soft, empathetic heart.
With 10 years of outpatient orthopedic clinical experience, Kristine is a licensed PTA and Certified Pilates Instructor ready to support you on your own unique journey to healing.
Her specializations include: Rehabilitative and Post-Rehab Pilates, Pre-natal/Post-partum, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction & Pain, Older Adult Fitness, and Osteoporosis.
Kristine lives in Boulder and enjoys fly fishing, trail running, music, comedy, and cooking in addition to Pilates and Yoga.

Jennifer Clayton
Certified Pilates Teacher
Jennifer Clayton (she/her/hers) is a nationally certified Pilates Instructor.
She has been practicing Pilates exercises for 23 years and has been teaching Pilates professionally for 7 years. She began her formal education through a comprehensive Pilates pre-certification program and continued her education at The Pilates Center in Boulder Colorado, where she completed the 950-hour Advanced Teacher Training Program.
Jennifer also graduated from The Heritage Training program and learned the work of Kathy Grant, a student of Joseph Pilates and a brilliant movement expert in her own right. She is continuing her education through courses with Movement Science Made Simple.
Jennifer enjoys time with her son as a Single Mom in her spare time. She also speaks Spanish.
She believes that Pilates exercises are for everyone and for every body and looks forward to meeting and working with you!

Paula Kirkland
Certified Pilates Teacher
Paula Kirkland (she/her/hers) has dedicated her life to the study of dance, movement and the art of teaching. She holds a BFA in Dance from Wright State University and is a former professional ballroom dancer.
Paula is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher that trained and taught at The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado. She is a 2010 graduate of their Advanced Teacher Training Program and a 2012 graduate of their Master’s Program.
Paula is an avid tango dancer and has devoted much of the last decade to the study of this beautiful dance. She has traveled extensively to pursue her passion and currently performs and teaches locally. Paula is also a massage therapist specializing in Myofascial Release, and a GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® trainer.

Cori Ghidotti
Apprentice Pilates Teacher
Cori Ghidotti (she/her/hers) is originally from the Berkshires in Massachusetts, and recently moved to Colorado in 2022 from Burlington, Vermont. She has her Doctorate In Physical Therapy and has been practicing orthopedics and pelvic health/ women wellness for 3 years.

Jennifer Sharp
Apprentice Pilates Teacher
Jennifer (Jen) Sharp (she/her/hers) is an apprentice Pilates Teacher, working towards her comprehensive Pilates certification at Contrology Studio.
An avid cyclist, lifelong athlete, and professional cycling coach, she blends her coaching background into her teaching style and is available to teach privates and small groups at a discounted rate.
